Inform Direct API – Developer Guide
The Inform Direct API is a RESTful service designed to help you keep external systems—such as Practice Management Systems (PMS)—synchronised with Inform Direct.

Environments
We provide two environments for integration and deployment:

Sandbox (Demo)

• Purpose: Use this environment for testing and development.
• Usage: You must complete integration and testing here before receiving access to the Production environment.
• Base URL: https://sandbox-api.informdirect.co.uk

Production

• Purpose: Live environment for production use.
• Access Requirement: Granted after successful testing in Sandbox.
• Base URL: https://api.informdirect.co.uk
